Solutions for the projects on your roadmap
Private AI, a sovereign workplace, leaving a SaaS: the projects teams bring us, and the stack and services we deliver for each.
Private AI
A private ChatGPT for your teams in Switzerland: Open WebUI, LibreChat or Dify, open-weight models in your perimeter, answers grounded in your own documents.
Sovereign workplace
An open-source Microsoft 365 and Google Workspace alternative: Nextcloud, Mattermost, Outline, Keycloak and Vaultwarden, operated for you.
Leave a SaaS
Replace a US SaaS with an open-source app you own: we migrate the data and workflows, then run it for you under an SLA.
Workflow automation
n8n and Windmill operated for you: connected to your ERP and CRM, scaled in queue mode, with credentials kept on your side.
VMware exit
Leave VMware after the Broadcom licensing changes: workloads moved to Proxmox, KVM or containers, on premises or in Pilae Cloud.
Exit plan
A documented, tested fallback for each critical SaaS and cloud dependency, supporting DORA exit strategies and FINMA outsourcing rules.
Choosing a starting point
A solution is a project with a known shape: the apps it needs, the migration it involves, the identity and backup work around it, and the operation that follows. Each page here names the stack we deploy and the work we do, so it reads as a scope you can check rather than a promise you have to trust.
Most teams arrive with one of three triggers. A renewal or a price change, which makes leaving a SaaS or leaving VMware urgent. A compliance question, where a regulator, an auditor or a data protection officer asks what happens if a provider disappears; that is the question an exit plan answers. Or a new capability the organisation wants without sending its data to a US platform, which is where private AI, the sovereign workplace and workflow automation begin.
The solutions overlap on purpose. A sovereign workplace needs single sign-on, private AI usually needs automation to feed it documents, and an exit plan often ends in a migration. Pick the one closest to the deadline you actually have; the others can follow on the same platform, under the same contract, one workload at a time. If none of them matches, describe the project and we will say plainly whether it is something we run.
