Same platform, different obligations
The software a canton, a bank and a research lab run is often the same: files, chat, identity, automation and, more and more, an AI assistant. What differs is the obligation around it. Public administrations answer to procurement law and, at federal level, to the EMBAG; banks and insurers to FINMA's outsourcing rules and, in the EU, to DORA; hospitals, law firms and fiduciaries to professional secrecy; international organisations to confidentiality commitments that a provider under a foreign jurisdiction can undermine.
Each page here starts from those obligations and works back to the setup: where the machines sit, which contract terms matter, what the audit trail has to show, and which apps a team in that sector tends to adopt first. The platform underneath is the same for all of them, and that is the point. It is one operated estate, configured for the rules you are under rather than rebuilt for each set of them.
If your organisation spans more than one of these sectors, or sits in one that is not listed, start with the page closest to your strictest obligation; the rest of the setup follows from it. The trust centre holds the documents every sector asks for, from the DPA to the sub-processor list.
