Where your data sits decides whose law reaches it
Many of the collaboration and AI services used in international Geneva belong to US companies. For an organisation that holds confidential negotiations, investigations or beneficiary records, that is a question for the legal office. Pilae answers it with placement: apps run on your premises, on dedicated machines in Switzerland, or air-gapped, and the contract names each location. The same holds for conversations: Element carries end-to-end encrypted messaging, and Jitsi Meet the video meetings, on machines you place. More detail is on the data residency page.
Private AI for confidential work
Staff want to draft, translate and summarise with AI. The documents they would paste in are exactly the ones that must not leave. We run private AI on your own hardware, with open models and Open WebUI as the interface.
Operated without handing over the keys
The Pilae Agent plans each update and fix, waits for your approval and records every step. Named Pilae engineers reach your systems over the private network, under access rules you set. Every session is recorded, and your security office sees every action. The security page explains how access works.
