Who we are
Pilae is a Swiss company. We run the software an organisation relies on every day: sign-in and access, files and collaboration, analytics, automation and private AI. All of it is open source or source-available, and it runs on your own servers or on dedicated machines in Pilae Cloud, in the region you choose.
Every change goes through the Pilae Agent, which prepares it, waits for your approval and records what it did. Our engineers review each plan and answer for the result.
Why we do it
Many organisations in Europe keep their most sensitive work in software rented from a few large foreign vendors. Good open-source alternatives exist, and plenty of teams would rather use them. What holds them back is the running: updates, backups, security fixes, and someone who answers when something breaks.
That is the work we take on, so a team of any size can run open source as well as a company with its own platform team.
